Email Migration

This page has been set-up to help with the upcoming migration of our digital services, such as email, to the new Google Workspace platform. Although we have only recently, in the last 2 years, moved to a new platform this was always intended to be a temporary step into bringing our Church into a modernised digital age. In order to make the transition as smooth as possible we will require each user of the email service to complete the short form below so that we can set the new platform with all the correct details.

This is the first name you would like to appear on your email. This does is NOT affect email address

Last Name *

This is the surname you would like to appear on your email. This does is NOT affect email address

Email *

This is your xxxxxx@allsaints.org.uk email address.

Details of any church groups you are a member of

Please list the names (if any) of any church groups you are a member of so we can add you to the correct email distribution lists

Current Password *

If you would like to use a different password you can enter that instead but this will only take effect when the new email service is enabled, you will need to use your current one until that time.

As part of the migration we can arrange to set your email up on your mobile, laptop, tablet or desktop devices. This can either be in person on a Sunday after the 10am service for mobile devices or for devices at home this can be done over the phone remotely. There is no charge for this service.
